Your privacy matters. This policy explains how DayFlow, developed by Next App Factory LLC, handles your information.
DayFlow does not require an account. There is nothing to sign in to and no profile to create. You can use every feature without giving us any personal information.
Your routines, steps, habits, notes, history and settings are stored only on your device. Their names and contents never leave your device — not in analytics and not in a report. Backups are files you export and keep yourself.
To keep the app reliable we receive anonymous events, such as the app version, operating system, a random install identifier that is not an advertising ID, and whether an ad or a purchase screen loaded. These are never linked to your identity and never include the contents or names of your routines or habits.
If you use "Help us improve" in the app, we receive the message you write and, only if you enter it, an email address so we can reply. We use it only to answer you and improve DayFlow. Ask us at any time to delete it.
DayFlow is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Where required, Google's consent form asks for your choices first, and on iOS the App Tracking Transparency prompt asks whether AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, just less personalized. Ads never appear while a routine is running. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
The optional Remove ads subscription is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store and by Google through Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.
DayFlow helps you plan and follow routines. It is not a medical device and is not a treatment for any condition.
DayFlow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
