These Terms govern your use of DayFlow, operated by Next App Factory LLC. By using the app you agree to these Terms.
By downloading or using DayFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
DayFlow is provided to help you plan and follow personal routines and habits. Timers, reminders and suggested start times are a convenience; you remain responsible for your own schedule and commitments.
Every feature of DayFlow is free. An optional Remove ads subscription is available as an auto-renewing yearly purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Payments are handled by Apple or Google, subject to their terms and refund policies.
The free version of DayFlow displays ads, but never while a routine is running. Ads are served by third parties such as Google AdMob and are subject to their terms.
Your routines, habits and history are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for any backups you export.
DayFlow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice or treatment for any condition.
The DayFlow app, code and design are the property of Next App Factory LLC.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Next App Factory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DayFlow, including missed reminders or timings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
