DayFlow Support

Find answers to common questions or reach out directly.

Is DayFlow free?

Yes — every feature is free. DayFlow is supported by ads, and there is never an ad while a routine is running. An optional Remove ads subscription ($4.99/year) removes them entirely.

What are Full, Quick and Minimum?

Every routine has three versions. Full is everything, Quick is the shorter version, and Minimum is the bare essentials for a rough day. You choose which steps belong to each, and you can switch versions in the middle of a routine without losing the steps you finished.

What does "finish by" do?

Set the time you need to be done (for example, leave home at 8:00) and DayFlow shows when to start each version and how much buffer you have left as you go.

I got interrupted. What now?

Tap Interrupted. When you come back, DayFlow returns you to the exact step, with the time you have left and the option to continue in a shorter version.

My reminders don't arrive.

Open Settings in DayFlow and make sure Reminders is on. If it says notifications are off, tap "Open phone Settings" and allow notifications for DayFlow. Reminders also respect your Quiet hours.

How do I back up or move to a new phone?

In Settings, tap Backup & export, then Save a backup and keep the file somewhere safe, like Files or iCloud Drive. On the new phone, tap Restore from backup and choose that file.

How do I restore my Remove ads subscription?

Open Settings and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.

I have a feature request or found a bug.

Use "Help us improve" in Settings, or email admin@nextappfactory.com with the subject line "DayFlow".
